I do most of my composing in the hour or so before I go to bed. That's when I decompress and vent most of the day's accumulated stress. Since I started this routine, I've started sleeping really well.
There is one trade off though. I have the damnedset dreams. I was composing last night as the Phillies won the World Series, and as soon as the final out was recorded, I hit the sack. When my alarm went off at 4:15 AM, I was awakened from one of the most vivid dreams I've ever had.
Some might consider it a nightmare, but in my dream, were all these bloggers. Bill White and John Micek were in my dream. Kathy Frederick and her husband Dave, 2 people I have never met, were in my dream, as was Bernie O'Hare and Bill and Angie Villa.
The dream involved cats, dogs being rescued from a kennel, and my wife and Kathy Frederick were on roller skates serving alcohol to everyone there. The Villas were up on a stage playing music, while Micek, White, O'Hare and myself were on a Channel 69 Sound stage arguing over whether people should be allowed to claim their pets as dependents on their tax return.
As I showered, I kept replaying the dream in my head. I swear I saw John Micek playing guitar with the Villas, and at one point Bill White was pitching for the Iron Pigs in a game.
I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary last night, I had a Blue Bunny classis drumstick Ice Cream about 7:30 PM, and drank two 7 ounce Coors lights while watching the game. Nothing exotic at all. What do you think Freud would say about this?

If Bernie O'hare was in your dream, then it has to be a nightmare
Our local blogosphere would become a much friendlier place, if Bernie O'Hare would delete his and attorney Dave Najarian's shameful "Troll Parade" blog that allows and encourages uninformed and shocking "anonymous" comments about my deceased daughter Sheena who was beloved by all who knew her.
Bill, Attorney Najarian did delete and/or remove the oroginal "Bills and Trolls" blog. He has no control over what Mr, O'Hare posts, and I believe he has asked Mr. O'Hare to remove any references to him.
I feel compelled to make it clear that while I agree that mr. O'Hare has, and is engaged in "Hate Blogging" with his "troll Parade" blog, I must point out that I don' believe there is a "Team Bernie O'Hare" anymore than there was a "Team Casey" as Bernie O'Hare claimed.
I know you have your differences with Mike Molovinsky and Dave Najarian, as well as AJ Cordi, and I don't agree with some of what they write, but I don't believe they are actively engaged in antagonizing you. I think the evidence is clear that it is Mr. O'hare, and Mr. O'hare alone.
I ignore Bernie, and I implore you to do the same. He isn't worth the bother. His demeaning comments concerning your family can stand alone as a statement for what Mr. O'hare is really all about.
Hi Chris, attorney (for now) Najarian, Mike Molovinsky, and AJ Cordi have all taunted and provoked me back into the fray with blog posts of their own, repeatedly, since August, and their posts are out there for all to see.
But I agree with you that Bernie O'Hare is the ringleader and the "brains" behind this orchestrated and ongoing attack on me, my wife Angie, and my deceased daughter Sheena ... who would defend herself if she were alive, believe me, but who sadly cannot ... because she was killed on her 25th birthday in 2006.
There's no justification whatsoever for a "Troll Parade" blog that allows and invites sadistically cruel comments against my daughter Sheena and her family.
Who does this blog nazi "enforcer" Bernie O'Hare think he is?

Molovinski is taunting Villa in a comment today at his blog, totally unsolicitited and uncalled for
aj cordi taunted the villas most recently in a blog called i am the king of blogging....and lawyer najarian did a post directing readers to his "Bills and Trolls" creation and "The Troll Parade" and a few days earlier he did a post about someone threatening a lawsuit that was intended as a taunt at mr villa that he had started at ohares blog. and all 4 of them are all over the troll parade provoking and taunting the villa family.

I'm sorry to read of the taunts, I don't read AJ, and Idon't read Bernie. That way I can't be bothered by anything they might write. I'd like to suggest that those who are annoyed do the same.
You can't control what others write, but you don't have to subject yourself to it. If they have little audience other than their self promoting yes men and other sycophants, then they will have marginalized themselves. I say let them.
They set out to "Shun" me, and I keep making the Blognet top 20 ratings, without even trying. Now that's irony!
Najarian, Molovinsky, and AJ all claim it's "between Bernie and you," leave me out of it, etc.," but then they all block for Bernie and run interference for Bernie and help Bernie shoot spitballs at the Villa family.
You can't have it both ways and that's why Bernie's loyal dunce allies get blitzed and bombed too.
Take down the "Troll Parade" and WAR IS OVER. If you want it.
Otherwise, bombs away.
Bill, I really believe that you could grab the high road here by just letting it go, but I understand that as long as you perceive yourself as being antagonized, you have a right to stand up for yourself, and I won't condemn that.
I only wish that it would end. I think all of you are good people at heart.

But we'll have to agree to disagree on the "all good people at heart" part.
I'm convinced that Bernie O'Hare, Dave Najarian, and Mike Molovinsky are sociopaths-- completely incapable of feeling anything other than perceived transgressions against them, and totally lacking in normal human circuitry for remorse, apology, and amends-making.
This is my up-close and personal experience with them.
I think AJ has a heart and that he's just caught up with a bad crowd right now and that one day he'll realize that.
